We work closely with a number of local estate agency’s and deal with landlords directly

We aim to turn around any issues as quickly as possible at fair prices . We will contact and arrange with tenants directly. Many repairs can be fixed or exchanged whilst on site . We always contact the agent or landlord to be given the green light before undertaking any repairs.

We cover all aspects of upvc , aluminium and wood. (We do not install new wood products ).

We have no callout charge within office hours. We will survey a property and supply and full report of repairs required with individual pricing . Most prices tend to be set but some parts vary in price dependant on the manufacturer . We also supply and install new upvc to property’s be it one window or the whole property.
